Privacy notice
Last updated October 14, 2026
This notice covers the Towpath website at towpathcivic.com. Questions? Email hello@towpathcivic.com or call (716) 466-6669.
What we collect
The site has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
If you use the demo request form, the pilot form or a state waitlist, we receive the information you enter: your name, title, organization or municipality, county, state, email address, phone number and any message. These forms currently open a pre-filled email in your own email program, so nothing is sent until you send that email.
How we use it
We use what you send only to answer your request, schedule a demo, discuss a pilot, or let you know when Towpath is available in your state. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except service providers that help us run the site and our email.
Your browser
The site remembers which state you chose by saving that choice in your browser's local storage. We do not set cookies.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect it.
- Google Fonts provides the site's typeface, so your browser requests fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete information you've sent us, email hello@towpathcivic.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding a form service or analytics, we'll update this page and the date above.
